From the warm welcome at check-in to the cozy and comfortable rooms, every detail was impeccable. the staff's friendliness and efficiency made our holiday even more special. The lush green surroundings, reminiscent of a beautiful park, added to the serene atmosphere of the hotel. Walking through the well-maintained gardens was a delight, offering a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable sanctuary after a day of exploring the nearby archaeological sites. the fruit plate in each room was a thoughtful touch, showcasing the hotel's attention to detail. One of the highlights of our stay was the presence of friendly cats roaming the hotel grounds. Their own designated area and care symbolized the kindness and warmth of the staff, further enhancing our experience. The Grand Hotel is a hidden gem in Hurghada, offering not just a luxurious stay but a true sense of hospitality and care.
